Skye has been a fitness enthusiast all through her life. She learned to swim in the chilly waters of Tomales Bay in Inverness, California with Red Cross Swimming lessons. Throughout her life, Skye has enjoyed many benefits of swimming and water fitness classes. Skye is also an avid hiker and lover of nature.
Skye has been teaching Tab Aqua classes at Sonoma Aquatic Club since May of 2018. There are various formats that embody the Tab Aqua style of Aquatic Fitness. Tab Aqua is a high intensity aqua aerobic class held in our outdoor mineral pool. Even though it is high intensity, Skye invites all levels to participate and exercise at their own pace.

Sarah started swimming at a young age and continued throughout high school where she also played water polo. Sarah brings 17 years of extensive knowledge teaching swim lessons to Sonoma Aquatic Club.
In addition to teaching swim lessons, Sarah has a passion for fitness & health and instructs a high intensity aerobic class held outside in our outdoor mineral pool.

Codie’s swim career began at age six and continued throughout college.
After graduating from Maria Carrillo in 2011 she swam for Jill McCormick at SRJC for two years.
While at SRJC she was a 5 time All American and All Conference student athlete.
After SRJC she transferred to Pepperdine and was part of their Division I swim program.
While at Pepperdine she was a scholar athlete and helped her team to earn an Academic All American status. Codie finished her senior season in 2015 and was awarded Academic All Conference.
She played women's water polo in college at UCSD, winning 2 National Championships. She was also a member of the Junior National water polo team and was chosen to train at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.
Coach Jane has taught swim lessons since the age of 15, as well as coaching high school water polo and swimming. She has also been a masters swim coach in Sonoma for several years.
Coach Jane has been a teacher and coach in the Sonoma Valley for since 1998, teaching both first grade and PE at St. Francis Solano school and coaching youth soccer. "Coaching and teaching go hand in hand. Working with young athletes everyday and seeing them work so hard inspires me to be the best coach I can be."
When her own children became old enough to join a swim team, Jane was disappointed that none existed in Sonoma. In 2007 she decided to resurrect the Sonoma Sea Dragons. Pulling from children that she had taught swim lessons and stroke classes to, she started the team. It has since grown, at times reaching close to 100 children.
In the spring of 2010, Jane and her husband, Tom, took over ownership of the Sonoma Aquatic Club and she is busy building the aquatics program. Not only does this secure a home for the Sonoma Sea Dragons, but it also provides a feeder program through the lessons. Her goal is to provide first class aquatics programs to Sonoma families and put Sonoma back on the swimming map!
Heidi has been an Aquatic professional for over 34 years and is passionate about teaching others.
Coach Jane began her swimming career in 1976 in Marin County, CA at the age of 5.
Growing up in Marin and in the Houston, Texas area she swam for the Woodlands swim team, Indian Valley Aquatic Club, Terra Linda Orcas and SwimMarin.
In high school Jane swam for her Terra Linda Trojans and began playing water polo in her sophomore year (the first girls team). In her Senior year she was the first girl ever to be on the boy's Varsity team.
Amanda has been swimming competitively for nine years and teaching for two years.
Amanda is passionate about teaching young swimmers the fundamentals of swimming and developing them into strong swimmers.
Amanda teaches group & private swim lessons (levels 1- stroke school).

Danny is a certified personal trainer and massage therapist with over 10 years of experience.
Danny creates custom strength and conditioning programs that combines calisthenics, olympic training, flexibility & mobility training, aerobic & anaerobic training, circuit training, and core training.
In addition to personal training, Danny is trained in sports, deep tissue, and myofascial therapy massage.
Milena has been a yoga instructor for over 26 years and provides a warm, loving, and supportive approach to each session.
Milena teaches her students to be present while educating them about yoga, core strength, breathing, and correct posture alignment.
Anastasia is a certified NASM personal trainer, water aerobic instructor, and body worker with over 30 years of experience.
Anastasia enjoys training people of all ages and is passionate about improving the health and well being of others.
Anastasia specializes in adult fitness with a strong emphasis on posture/gait and post rehab.
