Our outdoor Tab-Aqua Fit class incorporates high tempo interval training followed by short periods of rest designed to decrease body fat and increase muscle tone.  Get ready to workout!

Masters Swimming

The Sonoma Sea Dragons is a registered USA Swimming program offering year round youth competitive swimming.

We provide high quality professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. The goal of our team is to provide every member an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability.

Our Aqua Fit, Aqua Aerobics, and Arthritis classes are great for anyone desiring a light to moderate paced workout, beginners, senior and pre/post natal. All light formats incorporate a warm-up, cardio segment, stretch, cool down, and aqua ab work.

Water Yoga

Water yoga is the perfect medium for yoga beginners, avid practitioners and arthritic clients. The water assists, resists and supports movement within the body.

Yoga beginners delight in how deeply they can move into their body without fighting gravity. Avid petitioners enjoy achieving inner core strength within the simplicity of movement in the water.

Arthritic clients or those recovering from injury may gently recondition muscle tissue and regain alignment of the body while encouraging a greater range of motion.

Within many of our water yoga sessions we incorporate I Chi into our practice, which is a form of tai chi. The movement becomes like a poetry in motion.  I draw upon our imaginations as we flow into sea kelp, move with the grace of the manta ray or Coast like a sea bird on the Sea breeze. 
Both I Chi and Water Yoga helps to regain balance as we move deeply within our equilibrium. Also Finding calm within our mind and breath we enjoy the peace and quiet as we find ourselves within a moving meditation.

No charge for members of Sonoma Aquatic Club.    ​
